Hotel Avalon is open for our 11th winter in Bansko!
We’re still doing great things, the curry nights are as popular as ever, the burgers legendary and the welcome…second to none.
What’s new for winter 2014 /15?
This winter as well as our popular restaurant menu, the curry nights and cocktails we are offering a winter set menu of great home cooking Just 30 lv a head for 3 courses and drinks, perfect for those nights when you want to stay in and take it easy.
Monday:- Fusili pasta with a blue cheese sauce.
-Grilled chicken breast, wild mushrooms sauce and sauté potatoes.
– Raspberry Panna Cotta
Tuesday:- Pumpkin and chilli soup
–Bansko sausages, mash, thyme baked onions and carrots.
Saturday:-Bruschetta. Tomato and Basil, Chicken liver, Puttanesca.
– Roast chicken with a tomato, aubergine, mozzarella and parmesan bake.
– Red fruit pudding and vanilla ice cream
Sunday:- Savoiarde salad, blue cheese, bacon and walnuts
-Pulled pork , boulangere potatoes, green beans, red cabbage and gravy.
Fresh. Homemade. Local.
Cakes and biscuits when you get back from skiing. Snacks and nibbles on the bar in the evening, great wines and fantastic cocktails. Homemade bread with our homemade jam or homemade soup. As much as possible we make it here from local products.
