Avalon is Bansko’s first 100% dedicated co-living space.

We’re bringing together a family of digital nomads, travelers and seasonnaires who work, play, and grow together wherever the journey takes us.

If you are looking for a cool place to live during the winter or summer season we are the place for you.

SINGLE ROOMS

Private room with a double bed with small desk, office chair and a bathroom.

Price is per month and includes all your bills, use of shared kitchen, washing machine and all the communal areas and small spa. 200Mbps fiber optic network is available in the whole building.

Mini apartments

One small bedroom with double bed, separate living room with big desk, office chair, bathroom. Some of the mini apartments have big balconies and mountain view.

Price is per month and includes all your bills, use of kitchen, washing machine and all the communal areas and small spa. 200Mbps fiber optic network is available in the whole building.

Terms and conditions:-

Minimum stay is 30 days.
All inclusive rent – it covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cleaning of common areas.
Reservation Policy
One month’s rent is required upfront to reserve a room.
This payment is non-refundable and counts as the first month’s rent.
Guests clean and maintain their rooms, we provide vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
Check-in hours are 9am – 6pm, late night check-in is not available!
Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guest Policy: Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM. Overnight guests require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.
Responsibilities: Residents are expected to keep their space clean and follow house rules. Management is responsible for maintenance and the care of shared areas.
Notice & Refunds: Provide 3 weeks notice before leaving. No refunds if you leave early, as long as all services and accommodations were provided.
All our rooms have linen, beddings and towels, hairdryers, black out curtains.
Clean sheets are provided on request.
€30 cleaning fee is charged at the end of the stay.
Rooms must be left in good condition at check-out.
Due to the small size of Avalon and our desire to maintain a balanced, comfortable environment for all guests, we are selective about the bookings we accept. We may decline a request if we feel it may not be the right fit. Please don’t be offended—we appreciate your understanding.
